Bianca Bloemhof is a qualified biokinetcist and sport scientist helping top-level athletes to enhance their performance and prevent injuries. She is an accredited medical professional, and she is also a strength and conditioning specialist for elite golf and tennis players. By developing unique scientifically based motor skills development programs for primary schools and managing the teacher training thereof, she plays an essential role in developing young athletic talent. She also has extensive experience and a special interest in general chronic pain management related to the skeletal, muscular, physiological, and neural systems. These include individuals suffering from tension-type headaches, traumatic brain injuries, diabetes, hypertension, fibromyalgia, and ankylosing spondylitis.
Rochelle, a qualified biokineticist, has a passion for physical activity, movement, and exercise. She firmly believes that “exercise is medicine” and encourages MOVEMENT. Her background in artistic gymnastics has encouraged her own active lifestyle and she actively promotes and encourages others to move as much as possible. She is also a qualified BASI Pilates instructor and is certified in many various other exercise disciplines, giving her the ability to work across a variety of spectrums. Rochelle has experience in working with various orthopaedic and sports injuries, and with different chronic diseases. She has a special interest for special population groups such as for Parkinson’s Disease patients. She is motivated to help people move better and move more optimally, whether it be for reducing chronic pain, pain due to injury, for sports performance, for return to sport, or general improvement of one’s own physical abilities.
